Matthew Brown’s practice is concentrated in estate and business planning. He advises trustees and executors regarding estate and trust administration. Mr. Brown also has extensive experience in tax planning and charitable gift planning.
Mr. Brown is a 2005 graduate of the University of Illinois College of Law. After law school, he worked as an associate for the Chicago firm of Sachnoff & Weaver, Ltd. Following the merger of Sachnoff & Weaver and Reed Smith, LLP, Mr. Brown continued his practice in the Chicago office of Reed Smith until leaving to join the Brown Law Group in 2010.
Mr. Brown holds a license to practice law in both Illinois and Florida, which permits him to advise clients regarding the legal and tax effects of changing domicile.
